The information submitted is used primarily to:

• Evaluate the requested service and determine the appropriate sourcing or advisory support.
• Conduct supplier research, organize maintenance history, and prepare technical questions.
• Communicate regarding quotes, technical support, and maintenance intelligence.

3. Information Sharing and PAFIS Data

To research part availability, relevant requirement information may be shared with suppliers only when necessary for sourcing and subject to your authorization and the applicable engagement. We do not sell customer maintenance data or contact information to third parties.

Data may not be used for unrelated model training without a separate written agreement. Maintenance-intelligence or PAFIS pilot data requires a separately defined scope and data-handling agreement prior to ingestion. PAFIS is currently in development.

4. Restriction on Sensitive Uploads

The public form is designed for initial inquiries, sourcing information, and limited technical context. Detailed maintenance-intelligence datasets are not accepted through the public form and require a separately agreed data-handling and transfer process.

Customers should provide only information they are authorized to share and remain responsible for redaction. You must not upload export-controlled, restricted, personal, or unrelated information to our servers.

5. Essential Cookies and Anti-Abuse Controls

The website may use essential session cookies and security or anti-abuse services required to operate the request form. This policy will be updated when additional external services are activated.

These tools are used for functionality and security, not cross-site advertising tracking.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain submitted information for as long as necessary to fulfill the request or maintain business records. Detailed retention, deletion, confidentiality, security, permitted-use, and data-return terms must be established before any future pilot.

While we implement reasonable security measures, we do not promise absolute confidentiality or security. No internet transmission is completely secure.
